Though as you're probably aware, Rocket isn't the most tech-savvy P.I. in the world. Though he is the most tech-savvy P.I. in Newport. Mostly thanks to his Tech Guy - Stan - in Shaftesbury. And of course due to him being the only - and best! - P.I. in Newport.
